Birgit Chan is a Darwin-based building designer bringing over seven years of professional experience across residential and commercial projects. Originally from Estonia, Birgit combines international design perspective and knowledge with a strong grounding in the Northern Territory’s tropical, cyclone-rated construction requirements.

Holding a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and a Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting, Birgit blends creative thinking with technical precision. She is a member of Design Matters Australia, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development and industry excellence.

Birgit’s approach is detail-driven and collaborative. She works extensively in BIM and 3D visualisation, enabling clients to clearly understand their project before construction begins and supporting accurate, coordinated documentation.

Her design practice spans major home renovations, new dwellings, commercial fitouts, tropical design solutions, and industrial developments.
